The Altar Guild of St. Thomas’ assists the clergy by preparing the altars, both in the church and chapel, for all regularly scheduled worship services, as well as for any weddings, funerals, ordinations or other services of the Church that they may perform.

Responsible for setting out the appropriate silver, brass, altar linens, glass, flowers, candles, service books and communion elements for each service, the Altar Guild also cares for the vessels and linens, and orders the flowers and other needed supplies.
