Join us at St. Thomas' Episcopal Church (2000 Highland Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618) for a Friday nite Chicken BBQ where you can pick up a delicious chicken dinner ($10 includes two sides and a bottled water - a Gluten Free choice is available) in our awesome Church drive-thru, amazing walk-up order station, or dine in downstairs in our spacious lower hall.

The Friends of the 5K program is an exciting and popular way for individuals and families to support the St. Thomas’ 5K at Cobb’s Hill for Flower City Habitat for Humanity. If you’ve always wanted to help, but couldn’t run, walk, or volunteer, here is your opportunity! And if you are already planning on racing or working on the race-day team, but perhaps wanted to do even more, the FO5K program is also a great way to do that!
Here’s how it works. Your contribution will help provide a decent, affordable home for a hard-working family in Rochester, just as all of the race proceeds do, via Brighton Coalition of Churches in support of Flower City Habitat for Humanity. If you are planning on running or walking in the race, you will receive two complimentary Race Entry Vouchers, which waive the entry fee.
Deadline to submit form to get your name on the T-shirt is Sunday, May 19, 2013.
