Endowment Fund Commission

Oversees the endowed gifts and funds established to assure the long-term financial health of St. Thomas', advising the Vestry of invested assets as the Vestry seeks to live out the mission and vision of the Church.

Everybody Welcome Ministry

Finance Commission

Serves in an advisory role to the Vestry, including initial development of the annual budget as well as monthly reviews, reporting, and recommendations regarding the parish's financial activities.

Property Commission

Oversees the repairs and maintenance of our building and grounds and reports to the Vestry. The Garden Ministry is a subcommittee of the Property Commission.

Staff-Parish Relations Commission

This special vestry commission provides counsel and advice to the rector, other clergy, staff, and the parish regarding policies, procedures, and issues related to employment. Through an ongoing process of mutual biblical and theological reflection, the commission supports the roles and work of the clergy, staff and congregation as they carry out their responsibilities in mutual ministry.

Vestry

The nine elected members of the vestry serve in mutual ministry with the wardens and the Rector as the spiritual leadership and governing board of the parish. Vestry meetings are chaired by the Rector. The Treasurer and Secretary/Clerk serve as ex officio non-voting members of the vestry.

Watchcare Ministry Team

A ministry within the parish that provides care and support to parishioners. Under the Watchcare umbrella: prayer ministry; meals for individual and families in time of crisis; cards and letters to homebound parishioners or those who have an illness or have had surgery; funeral ministry for the family and receptions afterward; and providing transportation for those who need it.
